In collaboration with Paris Diaries, we’ve created a five-course tasting menu that showcases the unique flavours of invasive Mediterranean species through fresh, seasonal dishes, each paired with a handcrafted kombucha to complement the experience.
Guests will enjoy a menu featuring Lionfish, Red Sea Goatfish, and Blue Crab, alongside vibrant summer flavours and a light seasonal dessert.
